the Goodland’s purpose of schools andNational Association for Multicultural Education

In the (N.A.M.E) there were six points of consensus regarding multicultural education, it is say a good teacher goals is “To facilitate acquisition of the attitudes, skills, and knowledge to function in various cultures.” Yet not so many educators are doing that. It is important that future educator read more about both articles because more foreigners are entering the country. We need to be open minded on the different cultures we are surrounded by. We will need “To facilitate initiatives supportive to culturally diverse faculty, administrators, students, and parents in schools at all levels, from pre-K through Universities” in order to achieve such goals. It takes a great instructor to know to build such goals that and a whole community to solve that problem. According to the John Goodlad document, instructors and school academics are to understand the meaning of academic goals, Social civic and the cultural goals. It is important to practice each of these goals especially if you are planning on teaching. Without these goals one cannot help a student

READING MATTERS!

The ability to read is vital. It paves the way to success in school, which can build self-confidence and motivate your child to set high expectations for life. We read to our children sometimes for pleasure and interest in better academic success. However for some of us reading is a waste of time or just simply you don't have the time. If you already read to your baby, toddler, preschooler, or school-aged child daily i congratulate you. It means that you understand the importance of reading to children. If you only read occasionally to your child i encourage you to start doing more often. No more excuses, technology now have way for you and your child to spend time and read everyday.
